A. Any property, building, or structure within the city of Maywood Park that becomes a nuisance property is in violation of this article and is subject to its remedies.

B. Any person who permits property under his or her control to become a nuisance property shall be in violation of this article and subject to its remedies. [Ord. 2009-6 § 4, 2009.]
