Each day’s violation of a provision of this article and/or a city of Maywood Park nuisance ordinance constitutes a separate offense. The abatement of a nuisance is not a penalty for violation this article, but is an additional remedy. The imposition of a penalty shall not relieve a person of the duty to abate a nuisance.
