Historic Areas have been defined by the LCDC as "lands with sites, structures, and objects that have local, regional, statewide, or national significance." It has been determined that there are five (5) structures of historic nature within the City. Table A comprises this list of structures under consideration for historic designation. Four of these are in use as single family dwellings, while the last structure listed is a day care center.
