Except as authorized by the terms of permits issued by the city council, no vehicle shall park within the cul-de-sac at the westerly end of Campaign Street.

The parking of any vehicle in violation of this chapter shall be prima facie evidence that the owner of such vehicle caused or permitted it to be so parked and the owner shall be liable for any penalties imposed as a result of said parking.

A violation of this section shall result in a fine of not more than $20.00. [Ord. 21, 1979.]
