Subject to express approval from the city council of the city of Maywood Park, no person shall drive or move, and no owner shall cause or permit to be driven or moved, on any street or roadway within the city of Maywood Park, any vehicle or means of conveyance, including house moving equipment or a combination of vehicles which shall bear a gross weight in excess of (A) 9,500 pounds on any individual wheel; (B) 19,000 pounds on any axle; (C) 34,000 pounds on any tandem axles; (D) 37,000 pounds on any group of axles consisting of a rear single axle of a truck-tractor and single axle of a pull trailer or semi trailer or consisting of rear single axles of a motor truck and the front axle of a trailer; (E) 50,000 pounds on any group of axles consisting of rear single axles of a truck-tractor and the tandem axles of a pull trailer or semi trailer or consisting of the rear tandem axles of a truck-tractor and the single axle of a pull trailer or semi trailer or consisting of the rear tandem of a motor truck and the front axle of a trailer.
