Any decision by the city council may be appealed by an affected party, for review by way of a rehearing. Notice of appeal from a council decision must be made in writing within 10 days after the decision has been handed down. Such notice shall be published in the next following Maywood City Bulletin, and at least 10 days prior to a rehearing date. [Ord. 22 § 00:18, 1983.]
