Cutting or felling of trees in violation of this chapter, or breach of any terms or conditions of a permit granted under this chapter, or violation of any of the provisions, shall be unlawful, and the applicant and/or violator may be subject to a fine of not more than $3,000. The unlawful cutting of each individual tree shall be a separate offense hereunder.

Violator can be either or both: a homeowner who did not obtain a permit or a person or company who/which cut tree. [Ord. 22C, 2016; Ord. 22B, 2001; Ord. 22 § 00:21, 1983.]
