Except as otherwise provided, any condition caused or permitted to exist in violation of a provision of this chapter shall be deemed a public nuisance, and the city of Maywood Park may enforce this chapter by legal action or abatement proceedings. A person convicted under this section shall be fined no less than $100.00. [Ord. 38 § G, 2001.]
