A. The city adopts and enforces the State Building Code per ORS Chapter 455 and the rules adopted thereunder.

B. The city adopts and enforces Appendix 9 (including Divisions I, II and III) of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code.

C. In addition to any fines, penalties, remedies, or other enforcement powers authorized by the State Building Code or the Oregon Structural Specialty Code, any violation shall also constitute a public nuisance under Chapter 8.05 MPMC, subject to abatement, and shall be subject to the general penalty provisions in Chapter 1.05 MPMC.
