The purpose of this chapter is to limit the use of short-term rentals within our community. The city of Maywood Park is a residential community and wishes to remain that way. This chapter is to also provide clarification that Chapter 5.05 MPMC already bans short-term rentals. [Ord. 2018-2, 2018.]
