The first violation of this chapter will result in a $1,000 fine and lien against the real property. The second violation of this chapter will result in a $2,000 fine and lien against the real property. The third violation of this chapter will result in a $5,000 fine and lien against the real property. Any subsequent violation will result in a $10,000 fine and lien against the real property.
