The city recorder shall initially review credentials and/or information supplied by the applicant for use in determining approval or denial of licensing. All final decisions are subject to the city of Maywood Park’s criteria for granting license, as set forth in this chapter.

Applicants must be responded to with approval or denial of license within 15 days from the date of application. [Ord. 23.]
