5.25.100 Revocation of license.

Licenses may be revoked by the city recorder for any of the following causes:
A. Fraud and misrepresentation or false statement contained in an application for license.
B. Fraud and misrepresentation or false statement made in the course of carrying on the business as peddler or solicitor.
C. Any violation of this chapter.
D. Conviction of any felony and/or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
E. Conducting the business of peddling or soliciting in an unlawful manner or in a manner to constitute a breach of peace or constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public. [Ord. 23.]
