8.25.050 Violation and penalty.

A. Any person in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of the city of Maywood Park’s nuisance code (Chapter 8.05 MPMC) and shall be punishable by fine of not more than $500.00.
B. Any person that continues in violation of this chapter shall be guilty of a separate and distinct offense for each and every violation. [Ord. 2012-2 § E, 2012.]
