A. Any property, building, or structure within the city of Maywood Park that becomes a graffiti nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and is subject to its remedies.

B. Any person who permits property under his or her control to become a graffiti nuisance property shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies. [Ord. 2006-2 § 2, 2006.]
