It shall thus be unlawful for any person or organization or company to remove any such trees, or undertake any work for which a permit is required, pursuant to this chapter, unless a permit has been granted therefor and is in effect and is displayed.

All provisions of this chapter shall apply to any individual, company, partnership, corporation, or association that may desire to remove trees on their own behalf or on behalf of any other person or organization. This includes tree removal by construction companies or persons in the business of felling trees. [Ord. 22 § 00:07, 1983.]
