It shall be prohibited for any person to camp or sleep in or upon any public highway, street, alley, public park, parking lot, or other public place; or to camp or sleep in any barn, shed, shop, warehouse, automobile, vessel, or place other than such as is kept for lodging purposes, without the written permission of the owner or party entitled to possession thereof, and in no event for more than 24 hours, except as provided for in MPMC 8.15.010.
